** A non-refundable $100 deposit for does & bucks is required to hold your reservation. This deposit will go towards the total price of the goat.
Deposits:
Deposits are required on each goat for sale to ensure that you have a vested interest in the purchasing and providing for that animal. If for some reason you put a deposit down on a goat but do not pick it up, the deposit is non-refundable. Deposits can be transferred to another animal if there is one available for purchase.
Reservations:
Our farm gets first priority in kidding season on ALL kids. If your kid reservation is fulfilled, half of the remaining payment is due within 48 hours of being notified that your kid has been born & the remaining half is due at the time of pickup. All payments are non-refundable, regardless of a cancelation of the sale from the buyer or failure to pick up the kid. If your reservation is not fulfilled, you may roll over the reservation to the following kidding season, transfer deposit to another open reservation or request a refund. No deposits or payments towards an animal will be refunded due to canceled reservations. NO exceptions.
Transportation:
Arrangements for transportation is the responsibility of the buyer.
*We do not guarantee the health of any goat once they leave our care. You are more then welcome to have a veterinarian check them over before they leave our property, at your (buyers) expense.
All sales are final.
Registration:
All goats will be registered online through the ADGA site, and the registration will be shipped to your home after the complete payment has been processed. If you do not have a registered herd name with ADGA I will provide the registration in my herd's name, and it will be transferred to you.
My prices are firm as I believe they are priced well for the quality you are getting. I do not offer multiple goat discount. We reserve the right to refuse any sale or acceptance of any reservation request/deposit at any time for any reason.
